      I purchased this truck brand new and at 3900 miles I started to have a misfire. The warranty put a refurbished rebuilt engine in it. I was not aware that the warranty doesn't put new parts in just refurbished rebuilt parts. I traded in and lost my favorite blue truck. Not a fan of the whole process. Love the truck just not how the warranty went. I would not own another brand or model the 2020 is the nicest riding and looking. Just got a bad motor from the manufacture.…

      This truck has a 10 speed transmission that you can barely feel it shift. Traded in an F150 and test drove a similar equipped Ram. Although the Ram was nice, the styling of the GMC won me over, along with the tailgate! It also pulls my boat way better than the Ford, just smoother all around. The cabin is very quiet and the gas mileage is much better than V8 Ford. The cabin is super quiet and the ride is awesome. Love the adaptive cruise control too. The technology is fine and the screen is plenty big. Remember, you are driving this truck, not going to thr drive in! Most importantly, the controls are simple to use and Bose stereo sounds great! Oh, and I got it cheaper than the similar Ram too!…

      I purchased the truck two weeks ago and so far it’s been a great purchase. Moreover, I upgraded from a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado with an all star package. The Silverado was my first foray into the truck world. The Denali is a dream to own. The fit, feel and finish is really nice. I have the walnut interior and it matches well with the ash gray. The truck has the drivers II and technology packages. I have no issues with the technology. What is different is that the lane keep assist grabs the wheel and places you back in the center lane. It’ll take you some getting used to. The adaptive cruise control is awesome! I find myself taking the long way home to see how it works. The heads up display is amazing! The radio controls on the infotainment system are very responsive and work well. However, the navigation is the worst; it never gets the address right! Standby to use Siri or android auto. The cameras are next level. All the cameras makes sure that I no longer run on my grass when I’m backing in the driveway. I don’t have a trailer so I have no comment on that camera system. The interior is spacious and comfortable and the heated seats are a nice feature. The short cab bed is just sufficient as I downgraded from the regular cab. I’m not sure if I’ll be hauling yard stuff in the truck yet. The sprayed in bed liner, multipro tail gate are must haves for this level of truck. The ride is hands down the best in the industry. The adaptive ride control is smooth and bumps are noticeable, but kept at a minimum. It’s not a Cadillac ride; it’s a smooth riding truck. The interior is roomy and comfortable. I recently drove a Ram with the center console and it was cramped. The GMC brand of vehicles have plenty of leg room. The Denali doesn’t have electric pedals nor does it have an electronic steering adjustment; I don’t need it. I only have the steering wheel in one position at a time. If you’re looking for great road presence then this is the truck for you. If you’re looking for great exterior styling, again choose this truck. If you’re looking for anything outside of that then consider a Ram, Ford or even Nissan or Toyota. However. you’ll want to come back to the truck with the highest resell value in the industry. I don’t think there is another truck on the market with the brand prestige of the Denali. Finally, I’ve read some reviews that complained about the gas mileage and my best average has been 26.0 mpg! Finally, I bleed GM and my review is based upon my sole experience with their vehicles.…
